Fine Himalayan salt is a natural crystalline salt extracted from the mountain ranges of the Himalayas, mainly in Pakistan. It is characterised by a pink colour, resulting from the presence of 84 minerals – including magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, sulfur and selenium.
It is not chemically processed or refined, which preserves its natural mineral composition and unique flavour.
